Meet T&C Stories' Founder
A storyteller at heart, what drives Richard to spend endless hours on the “typewriter” is that he, like several generations of movie-goers, wants to have that life-changing “Star Wars” experience again. What is the “Star Wars” experience? It’s the feeling of falling into a story and being swept away with absolute surrender. It’s living through characters you care about, taken on a journey in a fresh inspiring world where the audience becomes a child again, the layers of cynicism removed. It’s the perfect magic trick where we believe it is magic.
With a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Literature, Richard spent earlier years reading whatever he could get his hands on; whether it was “Moby Dick”, “War and Peace”, “John Carter of Mars” or “Lord of the Rings”, it established a wonderful foundation for a sense for story.
When not writing, Richard is enjoying life with his wife and two children in Northern California. He’s a Koi hobbyist and spends time watching them swim gracefully in his dream pond. But even then, he’s imagining something to write about.
